DoorDash - The ugly truth
I was a regular doordash customer. I had a few orders made incorrectly and they were later fixed.
No problem. I go to order food and receive a message that my account has been deactivated and that a representative would be in touch with me shortly. Days go by, no email. I kept requesting help using their web chat.
And no one would offer an explanation as to why my account had been deactivated. 5 agents later, all of whom played nice to start, abruptly ended the chats when i started asking questions. Someone flagged me and i got an email saying "your account has been deactivated by the system for account activity that violates our terms of use"... well, ok.
I didn't know ordering and paying for food was a violation. When i asked what term i violated the representative said they didnt have to provide me with any other information. So just like that i can't use the app anymore.
For no reason. I have several more screenshots and emails of customer service passing the buck.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
