I ordered something I've ordered 10's of times before. Gave my address, my receipt/email has the address.
Driver said Doordash wrote it down wrong and said she came in my building. Complete BS. My receptionists are my employees and they knew I was waiting for it. Either she can't read or doordash can't translate what I have as a confirmation with the correct address to what they tell their drivers.
Then they kept the money, including tip. I wrote that I expect a full refund...not a credit (like I'll use them again). Doubt it will happen.
Driver said she called, I was in a meeting, this is a waste of food, my time and my money and it looks bad for the restaurant too. Go to Grubhub, they always get it right.
