24 Aug, I ordered food via the door dash app from Steak & Bake. Most of the order arrived except for a philly steak sandwich.

No big deal used the help option in the app to get refunded for that part of the order. Then reordered the sandwich. With the credit for the sandwich it cost me 3 more dollars to reorder. 2nd Driver picked up the sandwich then got close to the delivery address marked the delivery as complete.

From what I can tell he/she didn't get out of the car nor slow down to attempt the delivery. Reordered yet again because we are hungry and waiting to eat.

This time the credit covered the cost of the sandwich however it is impossible to get the delivery covered completely by the credits due to the minimum charge setting in the app. Third driver managed to do his job and deliver the sandwich.
