I placed an order with Doordash and the online status showed that the assigned driver never actually picked up the order. I contacted support to cancel but was unable to even though it was unquestionable that the service was at fault.
The support person claimed that since the food was prepared they couldn't cancel the order (even though by that point the food would have been over an hour old). The service and support were among the worst for any delivery service I've encountered.
