On 7/25, I tried to place a PICK UP order on Doordash.com for Village Cheese House in Palo Alto, CA. Their website kept giving me error messages so I called the restaurant directly, who confirmed that they did not receive my order from DoorDash.
So I placed the order directly with them, paid directly with them, and picked up the order myself. Now I have 2 charges for $24.53 - one from the restaurant and the other from DoorDash. I went on their doordash.com/help site and explained what happened. I received a response about 2-3 days later asking for a copy of the credit card charge.
No problem. I responded immediately that same day and provided all of the information they requested. I have then sent a follow up email asking for an update every single day since then - and have not yet received any response whatsoever. It has been over 2 weeks now.
Are they ignoring my emails on purpose? Where is the customer service??
