I placed an order at 6:30pm today and it took an hour and a half for someone to contact me and let me know the restaurant never received my order. I called the restaurant and they told me they couldn’t make it until they spoke with door dash.

After speaking with a door dash representative all he could do is apologize and refund my card.

For a very consistent customer this is completely unacceptable and after this I don’t see myself ordering through you guys again. Completely unacceptable.
