We placed a dinner order through your service, received an email confirmation and never received our meal. After waiting for well over an 1 1/2 hr for our order, we tracked our order which stated was never placed.
We contacted the restaurant and they never got the order either. Now everything is closed. I have a pregnant wife who was just wanting a meal. Question; how do we receive an order confirmation if it was never placed?
Have used other services such as Grubhub, UberEats, etc and never had an issue. Tried contacting customer service via phone which was an automatic service that wasn’t working. Tried sending an email and received a reply that the site was no longer in use.
EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS SERVICE!!!! Will never use Door Dash or recommend it either.
