I've placed an order in which there was something i wanted to change. I tried cancelling from the website and re-order I tried that from almost 15-20 mins but was not happening. I called up doordash customer care to change the order. Someone attends almost after 15 mins.

He doesn't understand what i was trying to say, I had to repeat every sentence multiple time. maybe he doesnt understand english or he trying to understand. he ended up cancelling my order and the call lasted for 35 mins to cancel....

All the restaurants were closed by that time i wanted to reorder and there is no food for me for the night.

This was the worst customer service call I've ever dealt.

Product or Service Mentioned: Doordash Customer Care.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

DoorDash Pros: Convenience if it actually worked, Delivery people, Variety.
