I use Doordash only for business purpose and don't want to upload a mobile application. Website is undeveloped and not customer friendly.

It focuses only on orders and is not easy to navigate. Contact information for the company/help/customer service is obscure.

All navigation is hidden behind the three tiny lines in the corner of the page, and even when you click on Help, it doesn't show you contact phone number or email.

Re. the ordering, there are limited tools - no way to edit an order, you have to remove it and add again with the changes.

The system is not connected with the customer - no confirmation emails, no confirmation numbers, you literary have to come back to the website to watch the status of your order.
