The Food arrived 30 minutes later than expected. All of the items were cold.

The guacamole was already turning brown. I realized quickly that some items were missing. I contacted the driver and he said “ok.” I assumed that meant that he would return with the missing items. I only live a few minutes from the restaurant, but was not feeling up to going out.

I waited 20 more minutes, but nothing. I tried calling him again, but he never answered. I ended up having to drive to the restaurant myself to get the missing items.

Unfortunately, I paid and tipped in advance. I will never use this service again.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $5200.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

DOORDASH Cons: Order errors without notification, Hated it and will never use again.
