Placed order. Received order.
Items missing. Called restaurant and they didn't have those items on their end of the order. Then every time the restaurant adjusted the total to add in extras, I was charged the entire new total. 3 times, totaling $181.22!!!
For a $60 order, almost $200 Was withdrawn from my account. When calling customer service, they told me someone would be in contact with me in 24-48 hours. No one ever called and I have to call back again because I never received the credit for the items I didn't receive. Completely unacceptable.
So upset over this order and lack of help or concern from customer service. I had to call my bank. They told me that the 3 transitions were all subtracted from my account but 2 were in the process of being reversed. So it wasn't like the charge was just pending.
It was actually taken out.
So upsetting. Will never use again
