I have had consistent issues with DoorDash canceling my orders last minute, simply never delivering my orders, or delivering them hours late. When I contact Customer Service they are extremely unhelpful and rude.
I spent years working in customer service so I try to be extra kind because I know it's a hard job, but the reps are rude and even combative.
It's like they are angry at me for daring to question why the order I placed days in advance for breakfast for a large group was never delivered, never even placed to the restaurant, and I was never contacted to warn me that the order wasn't being filled. I do food orders for a company, they missed out on a lot of business.
