DoorDash - Very unhappy
I had a coupon emailed to me this is 75% off your next order for $15 so I thought OK great so I went and picked up my food when do use the code and it told me it was unable to use this code So I called customer service was on hold 45 minutes then was told I will have to transfer you and I was upset when I was told Ill let me see what I can fine after another five minutes I just hung up then I get a text message saying oh were sorry you cant use that code because you have an ordered since October OK I get that but why send me a email telling me I can get up to two not one but two 75% off orders I get Uber eats where I can save $25 on a meal and then never ever say oh sorry you cant use this offer we sent you thats poor business I probably wouldve ordered anyway because I was lazy and didnt wanna go out and get nothing to eat but you dont send somebody a coupon so sorry you cant use it
