I ordered food on the 23rd of March and my drinks didn't come along with my food so I contacted door dash to let them know that I was missing my drinks and I was given a $15 credit but the very next day I try to order food for my kids and all of a sudden my account has been deactivated and I wasn't giving any kind of reason to why was that happening, I was sent an email saying if I don't receive a response within 48hrs to check my junk mail which I've done all of that, it just seems strange right after I had a complaint about me not receiving my drinks my account is deactivated.
