I ordered from Doordash and was told the delivery would arrive by 11:54 p.m. At 12:09 their system stated that the food was delivered but it was NOT.

It still has not at 12:44 yet they have my money and my tip $$ which is basically THEFT.

I've emailed and tried chatting but apparently everyone there is busy eating my almost $70 of wings.

I can't think of the last time I've had something so unprofessional happen.

I have nothing else to say but it's forcing me to type at least 100 words so I will keep saying that Doordash sucks. If you're going to charge 21% service fee, then you might try actually providing a service.

Which begs the question: why would you give a "tip" prior to receiving the food in addition to paying a service fee? "TIP" is short for "to insure prompt service." Just dispute the charge with your credit card company. You did use a credit and not a debit card, didn't you???
