DoorDash - Wish there were zero stars

DD offered $10 off my next three orders if I paid Annually for DashPass versus Monthly. I paid for the year and I placed my next order and there was no $10 deduction so I called Customer Service and was told it can't be combined with any other offers.

I stated I didn't receive any other offers. The customer service rep pointed to the discounted fees. I said that those discounts come from the DashPass subscription. The response was that it can't be combined with any other discounts.

I stopped arguing and left it go. The tipping point for me was the incompetence of the dashers, the poor communication, and the ridiculous markup and fees. Time after time I would get credits from DD for missed items or my order being delivered elsewhere. How can you not know how to read a house number and a street sign or USE GPS CORRECTLY!?!?

And what kind of consultation is the credits when you're waiting for your lunch? The next point and I'm sure this will offend some but I don't care. Many times the drivers don't speak English!!! How am I supposed to tell the driver who calls me for directions when I can't understand them and they can't understand me!?!?

Lastly the markup and fees are just astronomically high. I hope DD goes bankrupt.
