I’m curious as to why my Dasher rating is so low, I would like to have the comments shared with me please so that I may provide a better service, I don’t believe that the interactions with the customers that I have had would have resulted in the current low scoring. Every delivery has been overwhelmingly positive, no complaints, and I have delivered every delivery on time.

I have only been doing this two weeks, it has taken me a minute to get the hang of it, but I do not believe that my scoring is accurate. Also, when I signed up to only work in North Little Rock, I get offered dashes in Little Rock, these are two different cities, and I don’t think that I should get Penalized for not accepting deliveries in an area I didn not schedule a dash in. for not excepting a dash in. This is unacceptable.

I think that this should be addressed, because my acceptance rate decreases if I don’t except a dash in another city, but Little Rock and North Little Rock are not in the same city. Please fix this to provide a better service to your local Dashers.

I am also a long time Dasher, and I have the same issue with ratings, when I know I haven't done a bad delivery, or been late. Just stays stuck at the exact same number, no matter how many deliveries done. I suspect DD does that in order not to have to pay higher rates to the drivers.

I had 29 deliveries and a 4.8/5 rating. I delivered a regular hot dog to a woman and she furiously said doordash had delivered her the same thing the night before when she clearly ordered a chili dog.

I offered to make it right and apologized for the mistake. She said "no, you keep it I'm cancelling".

Next day my rating was 4.1 very low. How are you supposed to learn from mistakes with a rating system that kills you after the first one?
