Tonight was the last straw. After waiting an hour and a half for a pizza, my husband called the restaurant and they said they never received the order.

OMG!! There is nothing worse than being hungry, waiting an hour and a half only to find out that your order is never coming and there is a charge pending on your credit card. Talk about pissed! Then on top of everything there is no way to talk to someone at the app to find out what happened.

The owners of this app should be ashamed and not allowed to do business any longer.

This was the third and last time we will use this app. I hope this gets out all over the internet and no one uses this app ever again.
