Someone hacked my account 1.5 MONTHS ago and charged two orders that same day (i got an email saying my account email had changed).
I've been on the phone call with them about 10 times and emailed probably 50 times. I have not heard ONE word from them or been communicated what's going on. I want my refund and they say it's "with the relevant team and being investigated."
I've provided ALL the information they asked (bank statement, account change email, etc) and they refuse to give me an answer and say they don't have an update.
It's been 1.5 months...how can you do this to a customer? Someone charged $130 on my credit card because someone hacked me on YOUR platform and you are still investigating before refunding me? This is unacceptable. Do not ever use DoorDash - they do not care about their customers.
