The only way to reach door dash is through pissed consumer. I told them about the issue.

Nothing has been resolved. The people working in their call center domt seem to know whats going on. I've tried contacting them asking for a phone call and all i get in return is a poorly prewritten email telling me to do all the troubleshooting techniques, this is after i stated the reference number and told them not to contact me until they reviewd my account. One customer service agent that i did speak to told me they escallated my issue to head office, when i called back a week later i was told by the manager that this was not the case.

The manager, oscar, was very helpful and honest and probably the only one working in that office that gives a *** This is by far the WORST customer support experience i have ever had!!!!!!!!!!! You guys need to get proper tech support in your call center and train ALL employees properly
