First order was incorrect but on time. I was issued a credit for my next order.

I was sent an email after my first order granting me free deliveries for 1 month but on my second order I was charged $5.99 for delivery. Spent 15 minutes searching for a phone support number then spent over 30 minutes on the phone trying to get a credit issued for the delivery fee. Phone support was rude and didn’t know of any promotional email giving me free delivery for a month. Sent me a email to reply to so I could forward them a copy of the promotional email.

Forwarded the email then decided to just give up and go to pick up some dinner myself. Worst customer experience in my entire life.

DoorDash Pros: That i was still able to order from somewhere else.

DoorDash Cons: Worst food delivery service on the planet.
