DoorDash - Worst Customer Service I've Ever Experienced
I have ordered from DoorDash twice... the first time my food was cold, then the second time my order was missing food.
I contacted their support via the instant messaging on the site. Nothing was resolved and they pretty much said I was lying that food was missing from my order. After that I was done with DoorDash. I emailed support@***.com requesting to cancel my account so my personal information is not stored anymore.
I never received any emails back from them. I kept emailing them following up, still nothing. Finally I went back to the instant messaging on the site and all they said was to email privacy@***.com, so I did. I have yet to receive any kind of email back from this company regarding my request and it has now been three weeks and counting.
I am beyond frustrated at this point with this situation. It's unbelievable how unprofessional this company is and how they lack customer service.
