I am a single working mother and made an order on DoorDash after working all day. What went wrong: 1.

DoorDash didn’t have an updated menu so I had to make my basic order after speaking with the restaurant.

2. The pleaced my order incorrectly and then cancelled it.

3. They arrival time was 40 min and I’ve been waiting 2 hrs. I spoke with 4 restaurant employees who inform me 3 different drivers showed up and I still don’t have any of th 2 simple things I orde is e my myself and my 3.5 yr old son.

I also spoke with 5 different DoorDash ppl would were less than helpful. I worked on investment banking in Hong Kong and London and never before did I EVER experience this type of failure. I’m beyond disappointed by this terrible service I’ve received and am Temped to blast my Instragram, Facebook, LinkedIn and local networks how disappointing this experience has been on what was supposed to be a special day. If this is how DoorDash takes care of their customer they need to shuck their doors.

My entire evening has been consumed by this awful experience. I expect at the very least an extensive apology and meal credit.

My mobile is 425.990.4929 if someone with any sort of infulence or power wants to take responsibly for this experience. And to think in the beginning of this process this evening I was extremely empatetic with the first couple ppl I spoke with.
