When did this happen - less than an hour ago

What happened? placed order but it never asked for form of payment - tried calling customer support - agent had such a heavy accent we could not understand her - asked for supervisor - supervisor had same heavy accent which we learned was Guatamalan since both agent and supervisor are in Guatamala - gave up on customer service - called restaurant - they say they aren't on Doordash - tried to cancel order within 10 minutes and got popup that it was too late because Dasher was already getting items ordered - interesting since restaurant says it isn't on Doordash

apparently payment defaults to last form of payment and does not give the option to order on spouse's credit card - will spread the word far and wide that this alleged company should be avoided
