My order showed delivered at 12:22PM - by 1:23 PM still no order. Contact Doordash - they will "see if they can get me a partial refund or partial credit" for service and items that were not provided.
Had to let them know as a type 1 diabetic this could cause medical issues. after arguing for about 45 minutes they agreed to refund the full amount. So still no food. Refund will take 5 - 7 business days.
Just disgusting. No offer to make the issue right. I just can't believe that it's such bad customer service and I had to argue to get a full refund. The restaurant that I ordered from is less than 10 minutes away from my office.
I'm slammed which is why I tried to use Doordash. In future stick with Uber Eats or Grub Hub.
