My DoorDash account was unlinked from my Facebook account in January & I have not been able to login since. DoorDash has no online login support short of "password reset", which my issue is not.
An email is never sent even though their online & app system says my email exists, it fails to find an account linked to my email to send the password. You have to be logged in to access ANYTHING SUPPORT WISE...now after emailing for months & explaining the IT steps I did & explaining the situation on a call I FINALLY HAD, I have heard nothing for another 2 months. No one will return my emails or additional support requests at all now. I have no number to call, no idea if someone was actually going to do something, or the status.
DoorDash is THE WORST SUPPORTED APPLICATION I have ever seen. I would lose my IT job if I treated customers like this.
They have utterly lost my business due to the lack of help or caring. The service was great, as long as you have no technical issues....now they ignore me and won't help.
