I had three different dashers assigned to this order. The first one (Billy)said he was at restaurant waiting for order.

He disappears and a 2nd one (Joseph H) is assigned and is coming from 40 minutes away. He never arrived and a 3rd one (Kelvin)picks up the order and it finally arrives 1 1/2 hours late. The food was lukewarm, the chocolate shake was warm. I suspect several factors tied into this delay.

I was not kept posted of what or why this was happening. I went to the chat line and an agent never came on.

I'm very displeased as this was my first time using DOORDASH. I was so excited to find this and ended up being irate and embarrassed as this was a group lunch order for my coworkers.

Product or Service Mentioned: Doordash Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $60.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Timeliness of pickup and delivery.
