Several times have ordered items via doordash and three out of five times the order was messed up. I am allergic to pickles but the restaurant (carl's jr, Burger King, Jack n The Box, Denny;s) still put pickles on the burgers, even after I stated in the comments that I was allergic and not to add them.

so I wasted money because I could not eat the food. Doordash gave me a delivery credit the first time, no refund of the purchase and no responses to the other events even though I sent images.

They are more interested in getting their ten percent and will not issue a refund because they probably don't get that money back from the vendor that messed up the order. I will use them only very rarely in the future

Monetary Loss: $60.

Preferred solution: prefer refund, NOT delivery discount! But talk to me we'll figure out something.

DoorDash Pros: Convenience for places i eat.

DoorDash Cons: Vendors do not seem to actually read the order.
