DoorDash - Wrong order
Ordered from Mrbeastburger in Port St. Lucie fl, the WHOLE Order was totally wrong, I called the restaurant and they wanted to take NO Responsibility and told me to call door dash, I called door dash and a girl told me it was basically not there problem but was transferring me to a higher level and when she transferred me I was immediately disconnected, I spent a total of $90.00 dollars and it seams like I have no recourse, NEVER AGAIN! Mrbeastburger or door dash!

Yeah, what a scam they have going on. I've experienced the same...
And more than once, Shame on me for continuing to use them. The restaurants don't have to take responsibility because they say it's Door-dash I need to contact. Then Door-dash continually gives this pat answer after their chat reps says the same canned responses again and again about how sorry they are and how they'll escalate the matter, blah, blah, blah. But then each time Doordash ends up saying something like, "According to our current policy, we can't give you compensation or a refund" WHAT current policy??
They take your money and then take no responsibility for you not getting what you ordered!!! How is this right???
