We ordered dinner on Mother's Day from Big Tuna in Lancaster, California, waited for over an hour, and finally, instead of sushi, our dasher, Daniel delivered a single Jamba Juice smoothie. DoorDash is more than willing to refund our money and say "I'm sorry," but that doesn't cut it.

We waited for over an hour, got no food, and all DoorDash can do is send a refund and apologize. We took all the risk and DoorDash did nothing. As a result, we will not be using DoorDash. The service is unreliable, the company does not stand behind it's product, and the company assumes no risk.

When a mistake is made the customer gets to fix the problem by reordering and hoping the next dasher is more competent or find another source for dinner.

Again, DoorDash took no risk and lost nothing on the transaction. Until DoorDash stands behind their service they can do without our business.

User's recommendation: Do Not Use DoorDash.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

DOORDASH Cons: Terrible service, Reliability, Remedy policy.
