NEVER had this problem before we came to this area.

Ordered food with Doordash app, a driver named “Saymo M” accepted it.

After half an hour or more of waiting, he CANCELLED the order saying the STORE WAS CLOSED

THE DRIVER LIED AND THE STORE DID NOT CLOSE FOR ANOTHER HOUR OR MORE.

So we RE-ordered everything.

Got another driver.

THAT driver Accepted, then cancelled it as well.

Tried for the 3rd time.

Driver named “Dale” accepted.

This is a Burger King we are trying to get food from. Apparently the driver had been waiting there for EVER.

Then all of a sudden his car disappears and A DIFFERENT DRIVER TOOK ON OUR ORDER, “Rena B”

After waiting for a long time, RIGHT BEFORE THE STORE CLOSED, RENA B CANCELLED THE ORDER ON US.

WHAT THE ***

This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.

This is *** You can’t have a company that has drivers picking and choosing and cancelling and LYING.

EVERYONE WE KNOW AS WELL AS SOCIAL MEDIA WILL BE HEARING ABOUT THIS UNPROFESSIONALISM IN THIS COMPANY AND ITS EMPLOYEES.
